Training
Online training is available through Talent@VCU and is open to every VCU employee interested in participating by conducting empathy interviews. The training takes one hour to complete, and is entirely online.
Once you have completed the online training through Talent, your name will be added to the email list for event announcements. You'll be able to sign up to volunteer and conduct empathy interviews at events. Your name will also be submitted so you can receive your Empathy Driven Advocate Badge through credly.
