Hiring New Faculty

Once the faculty recruitment process has been completed (e.g., Hiring Proposal has been approved), the PA is responsible for making sure the faculty member is hired in accordance with the terms of the Hiring Proposal and any other accompanying documentation. This includes preparing draft faculty contracts and PAFs for review by the Office of Faculty Recruitment and Retention (OFRR), if applicable, and following Human Resources' (HR) employee hiring process.
