Last week Gov. Terry McAuliffe announced that, due to a shortfall in state revenue, the merit increases planned for state employees this year are being deferred. Only half of the anticipated 3 percent merit-based salary pool for VCU faculty and staff was to be funded by the state.<< < 1 2 3 4 5 > >>
